Just an FYI - while I like this tool and have been using WebAii for quite some time so I have a good history with your products, any solution you come up with for running tests MUST be able to run in a CI environment such as jenkins.  One of the reasons we still use UIAutomation scripts is because we can run them automatically when a build is completed on our build server.

    Thanks,

    George

    Hello George,

Thank you for the feedback. We agree this would a great direction for Test Studio for iOS to move towards.

Since it's still in beta, we're asking all users to log bug reports and feature requests here.

    Kind regards,

Has anything happened in regards to this feature request? I'm looking into tools to use to automate testing for my company's apps and being able to do continuous integration is a key feature we would have to have.

    Thanks,
    John Dibble

    Hello John,

We're still in beta with Test Studio for iOS and we'll release our first official version sometime next month. The biggest feature we're working on is a cloud solution that includes the ability to sync projects, tests, and results between devices wirelessly.

So, continuous integration is still in the planning stages and we don't have an ETA for it.

    Hello Vitaliy,

Our next major version, due in late 2012/early 2013, will feature an API automation framework. With it you can write unit tests in Objective-C, execute them from the command line, and tie them in with your CI environment.
