Hello Steve,

I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue and thank you for reporting it. I was able to reproduce it and confirm it as a bug. You can track its progress in our PITS system here. It appears that Test Studio is trying to prevent you from deleting our .resx file, but for some reason it can't recognize this file belongs to another project and it's not our test project.

To workaround this issue until it is fixed.
1. Close the test project
2. Close the whole VS solution
3. Open the solution again
4. Now you can delete the files you need before opening or running the test project again
Please check this video http://screencast.com/t/qS7WX13sBP.

I've also updated your Telerik Points in compensation for your caused inconvenience!

Best wishes,
Plamen
