Steps

Imaginet’s Work Item Manager and Project Dashboard Quick Start Program can be broken down into three distinct phases: Plan, Deploy and Review.

 

• Plan – Establishes the current status and vision for ALM and WIM/Project Dashboard through a process of interviews and physical investigation on the current environment and processes to better understand business goals and requirements.  

• Deploy – The WIM and Project Dashboard Quick Start Program provides the setup and configuration of an operational WIM and Dashboard environment specific to your organizational needs. Imaginet then provides the Best Practice Framework, Customized Training, Mentoring and Support to ensure the success of WIM/Dashboard.

• Review – Once successful, Imaginet recommends further departmental or organizational adoption of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and WIM/Project Dashboard Best Practices.
