To help you capture the complete story around every requirement TeamPulse project management software allows you to add attachments, links and comments. In addition in the History tab you can see what updates were made to each requirement since its creation and by whom.

Use criteria like areas, tags, maturity, value and many more to define the priority of each item as accurately as possible. This will later help you in complex planning scenarios where you need to have a better idea of the importance of each requirement.
Make sure business needs are met
Accurately capture the business needs each requirement should meet in the Acceptance Criteria section. This way all team members can easily align their expectations for the given requirement with those of the final user. You can also easily track your testing efforts using the Pass/Fail indicators.
