What is Blocking My Project’s Progress?

The blocking items section shows how many and what kind of items, bugs, issues or risks, are blocking the progress of the iterations.

Which Project Should I Focus on?

This Time Elapsed bar shows how many days an iteration has been in progress. This way you can sort and focus on iterations that are closer to completion.

Estimate how many days you need to complete an iteration

Are We Going to Be on Time?

The Estimated Completion section shows the estimated time to completion in terms of number of days. It will tell you how many day you are going to be early or late, as well as if you are going to be on time or won’t be able to finish.

The Unplanned Stories column shows the number of stories that have been added after the start of the iteration and part are they of the whole iteration.

Which Items Are Going to Be Late?

This Late Items column uses the burndown trend to estimate both the number of stories, bugs, issues and risks that could be late as well how much of the total work, based on the estimates, the late items make up.

It is also possible that you might be trending to finish your work early. If this is the case, the cell will show an estimate of how many "units" of work are available

People Status Dashboard

The People Status view shows the progress, activity and workload of individual team members across all the projects they are working on.

What Has Been a Person's Workload for the Past 7 Days?

This column shows the daily activity of each team member for the past 7 working days. Each bar indicated the amount of items (stories, tasks, bugs, issues, risks) moved into the Done state each day.

Track the status of one's items

Does Someone Have Too Many/Few Items in a Certain State?

These columns display the number of items assigned to the user by state. TeamPulse will alert you if the items in a certain column exceed or are under the specific limit you have set.


Not Started - This number can show you if the team member is overloaded or if he or she has very few items assigned.

In Progress - See if the user is working on too many or too few things concurrently.

Done – How many items have been completed for the iteration.
