System Requirements

Server Requirements for TeamPulse

• Compatible Operating Systems: Windows Server 2008 or Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate Edition
• Opening Ports: In order to access the TeamPulse components from client machines, you will need to open the following ports:
  - 9897 – User and License Management
  - 9898 – TeamPulse Client Site
• IIS 7+ with the following features enabled:
  - IIS Management Console OR IIS Management Service
  - ASP.NET
  - Windows Authentication
  - Default Document
  - Static Content
  - Http Redirection
• Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 RTM version 4.0.30319 or later
• Access to an instance of SQL Server 2008 or later
• Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010 is needed in to enable TFS synchronization
• Microsoft Visual Studio Team Explorer 2010 is needed to enable TFS synchronization

Notes: It is not required both installation of SQL Server 2008 and TeamPulse to be on the same machine. TeamPulse can be used with SQL Server 2008 Express
