Easy Submitting

Through the Feedback Portal your customer can easily submit input into the categories you've predefined for them - feature requests, problems, ideas or feedback. The input is then piped into the dedicated TeamPulse project. From there you can easily turn the feedback into actionable project items like requirements or bugs.

Prioritize the features, depending on your customers' voting

Voting and Commenting

Customers can vote for the items published on the portal and help you prioritize the features that will bring most value to them. The portal allows “Positive” as well as “Negative" voting, so you can better capture the bigger picture. In addition to voting customer can also leave comments on each item in the portal. This way they can create discussions or ask questions about certain items.

Enable your customers to add attachments to feature requests

Adding Attachments

Now your customers can add attachments such as mock-ups, error screens, when submitting or commenting items. From the portal settings you can define the maximum number of attachments to a single item, define maximum size of a single attachment, and specify restricted file extensions.

Subscribe to receive email notifications about the items you are interested in

Following Item Progress

You can easily keep an eye on the progress of items you are interested in. If you have submitted, voted for or commented on an item, it gets automatically added in the "Your Items" sections of the portal.

Interested in items submitted by others? You can “follow” such items, so they appear in the "Items You Follow" section. Once an item appears in any of the two sections, you will also receive email notifications when a change is made to it.

Your team can easily publish items on new features or ideas you want to collect feedback on. In that way the Feedback Portal allows you to continuously collaborate with your clients. Your team can directly engage portal users who have submitted comments by responding and thus creating conversations around items.

Private Feedback

If want to use one portal project to gather feedback from multiple users and you don’t want them to see each other’s feedback you can enable the private feedback feature. This way only your team and the author of the private item will be able to see it.
