  Here are some additional features I would like when printing work items.
  1.  Be able to size larger
  2.  Be able to add addtional fields such as story points and stack ranking.

  Assuming you are talking about the printing of Work Item Cards from the Task Board, expanding this feature to included additional fields and resizing does sound like a good idea. I will add this suggestion to our Backlog, and we will consider it for future releases.

  This would make my life so much easier.

  Is there any progress on this matter?

  Could you allow users to edit the report template file?

  Unfortunately there has not been any progress on this yet.  We have been spending our time on making the Work Item Manager and Dashboard work with TFS 2010 as well as on the TeamPulse project which was released this week, so progress on new features and bug fixes in WIM have been a little slow. 
  
  Using templates to allow users to change the layout and information displayed on the printed cards is a great idea and we will consider adding it to a future release.  I can't give a timeline on when it might be added though.
