  Indeed, I verified that the link is wrong. We have fixed the incorrect link.
  

  We do not update Work Item Manager 2008 anymore. The Work Item Manager 2010 can work with TFS 2010 but you have to install Team Explorer 2010.

  so where is the corrected link as I get a 404 from:
