We understand your privacy concerns entirely and we are trying to do whatever possible to ease the communication and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
Here is one way to send us a secured jing video with your issue:
- Shoot the video, place it under a password protected folder in your "screencast" account and share it - the video will be accessible just for people who know the password.
- Send us a support ticket under the "RadControls for Silverlight" category containing the link and password to access the video. This support ticket will be a private communication channel between you and Telerik.
- Reply in this thread with the ticket ID and/or the ticket name so we can search for it and access the video.
If you are having difficulties to send us a support ticket here are the steps:
- Log into your Telerik account.
- From the quick links on the right click on "Get Support" link.
- When navigated, click on the "Contact support team" link under "Still have questions?" paragraph.
- When navigated, click on the green "Submit Ticket" button under the "RadControls for Silverlight" category.
- When navigated, select "Other" from the areas drop down and "All" from the product list.
- Fill in the ticket subject and paste the link and password to the video in the body.
- Click "Send" button.

Alternatively you could try to send the video as a
ZIP file attachment to the ticket.
