Hi Pascal,
Having better support for teams is something that is in our backlog but we don't really have any way to do this right now. If your team has iterations that are separate from the iterations of the other teams, then you could use WIM to configure the iteration schedule with the correct dates for only the iterations of your team. Since the dashboard uses the current iteration (as defined by the dates in the iteration schedule) to filter the charts, it should show you only information applicable to your team. Unfortunately this is the best you can do at the moment.
