  Hello all,
  I cannot seem to figure out what event causes the Build Broken Sound File to play. It doesn't seem to play when the latest build breaks and it doesn't seem to play when the "last person to break the build" changes. Anyone have any idea what event triggers the .wav file to play?

  Hi Luke,
  
  The sound will be played only once if the latest build's status is Failed or Partially Succeeded. 
  
  In case you want to configure the build breaker widget, you can do it from the:
  Project Dashboard-> Press F2 to open the Dashboard Configuration Settings->Press Configure ->Open the Build Breaker tab (see the attached screenshot).

  That is my current setup. It will not play a sound. Does the file have to be a certain size or length?

  There is no restriction on the size or length of the file.  The only restriction is that it must be a wav file.  Are you trying to use a custom file?  Have you been able to get the default file that comes with WIM to play?
  
  You might also want to check in your log file to see if there are any errors in it related to playing the sound.  The log file can be found here: {My Documents}\Work Item Manager 2010\Dashboard-log.txt
